Kendrick & Mondie

Kendrick & Mondie are a Country music and Americana duo composed of Marly Kendrick and Brett Mondie. Each has had an extensive solo career in music prior to being introduced by a mutual friend late in the summer of 2019. Since then, the duo has performed at various events, private parties, festivals and music venues around Montana. K&M offer a distinctive and engaging style to their genre. Their harmonies, energy and musicianship, as well as polished original music, sets their live experience apart. Their debut single “Leather Jacket” was released on December 1st of 2022 and can be found on Spotify, Amazon Music, Apple Music and all other major streaming platforms.

With her background in opera, musical theater, and church music, Kendrick has a unique ability to sing just about anything. She taught herself piano and guitar late in life and adds both to the stage as well. Her musical background explains her prowess, as she comes from a family of vocalists. Her father and two sisters were all blessed with that unbelievable ability to sing anything. There aren’t many songs that intimidate her. Kendrick has put in her 10,000 hours to her craft, driven by her passion to use her music to pour into others. She spent 20 years working as a Worship Leader, leading, collaborating and connecting with musicians from all over the country, all while spending her life in musical theater. Starting from a young age, she has been involved in over 50 productions from promising Stage Crew to Seasoned Director. Her musical accomplishments have given her the platform to make a difference, pouring into and mentoring young artists lives and helping them find their voice. It’s no surprise that her level of comfort on stage engages the audience and brings joy and laughter to all involved!

Mondie’s uncanny ability to accomplish whatever he sets his mind to has shaped his natural talent. His strong work ethic and rich musical history have blended with his southern roots to create the self-made guitar shredding, vocal master we see today. Mondie’s guitar skills never disappoint on stage. He draws audiences in with creative and technical riffs that move hearts and melt faces. He is also a gifted writer. His life experiences enable him to write lyrics that are relatable and absorbing, and melodies that draw you in and disarm the toughest souls. If all that wasn’t enough Mondie is a natural performer. He thrives off connecting with audiences and creating an experience that is unique to each crowd. His list of accomplishments is long including recording an album and 2 EPs with band Fortune In The Sun, an album (and Live version) in LA with his band Brett Mondie & The Barbaros, a solo EP with Grammy Winning Producer Jimmy Hoyson, and most recently releasing the single, Damn Good Woman in 2021.



They are available for private events, parties, birthdays, restaurants, bars, weddings and have the versatility to set any mood, from quiet dinners to dance parties.
