Eric Salt Music

Boston rock band with an eclectic sound. Dylanesque lyrics set to catchy rock guitar. Occasional hints of Stones and Replacements. Eric Salt & The Electric City’s live shows can approach a Springsteen explosion and captivate audiences with their raw power. Formed from The Abbey Lounge scene in 2005, Eric enlisted brother Denis (Cujo / Jen Trynin), bassist Eric Anderson (The Needy Sons, Jenny Dee & the Deelinquents), and guitarist Mike Oram (Abbie Barrett Band, Airport). The band recorded their debut LP "The Hail Mary" and sophomore CD "Please Say Yes" with award-winning producer Ed Valauskas at famed Q Division Studios. Eric is currently working with Ed on his third CD, to be released Spring 2016.

Eric's music has been featured on TV shows such as Dawson's Creek and Summerland. He has scored movies such as The Busker (www.thebuskerthemovie.com ) written and directed by Steve Croke, and the critically acclaimed documentary filmmaker David Sutherland's "Country Boys" which debuted on Frontline to rave revues.

Eric is also a member of Jenny Dee & the Deelinquents and has produced and toured with Andrew Greene opening for G Love & Special Sauce tour.
