Mikyung Sung Biography
Solo Classical Double Bass player.
Former principal bass in Shanghai Symphony Orchestra and former instructor at Shanghai Orchestra Academy.
1st place winner of 2010 J.M. Sperger International Double Bass competition, along with audience and special prizes. 2nd Place and Thomas Martin Prize at 2015 ISB Competition. Internet award and Honorable Mention at 2017 Bradetich Competition.
Artist Diploma from The Colburn School, BA from Korea National University of Arts.
