Dominic Lavoie

Dominic Lavoie is an Acadian songwriter, musician and producer who creates music to stay true to himself and the creative spirit. Music and lyrics pulling from lucid dreaming and the human experience are realized both on stage and through his recordings.
He has shared the stage with artists including Rayland Baxter, Los Lobos, Dr Dog, Guster and Ghost of Paul Revere. Since beginning his career in 2004 with Dominic and The Lucid, he has released 7 full length albums, 2 EPs and a self- directed music film.
He’s collaborated with artists ranging in diversity from, rapper Spose to Steve Berlin (Los Lobos, Deer Tick) who co-produced his 2020 solo release ‘Wave With A Broken Arm’.


His latest release ‘FLUX’ is a collection of songs written, recorded to a 16-track reel-to-reel tape machine, and mixed in isolation during the pandemic.
