About INI
InI is hip hop superproducer Pete Rock's group along with Rob-O, and Pete's brother Grap Luva. InI's sole album Center of Attention was reportedly recorded in mid-90's, but got lost for several years and wasn't released until 2003. Some sources mention also Rass as a member, but as far as is known, he wasn't present when the album was recorded.
The name InI refers to Rastafarian way of saying 'I and I', meaning 'we'. The cover of the Center of Attention album shows an often seen image of Haile Selassie, who is seen as God incarnate among followers of the Rastafari movement.
