Despite all the booming technology the San Francisco Bay Area boasts, few prominent technical death metal acts have yet to claim their own in the region. Enter ENIGMA, a band that creates music that sounds like what Jobs and Gates might have dreamt up if they'd dropped out of college to engineer death metal masterpieces. The Silicon Valley tech death quintet boasts a ferociously technical and fastidious songwriting approach, weaving tasteful and unorthodox ideas into impeccably organized tracks. Formed in 2014, ENIGMA wasted no time in making name for themselves on the live circuit, and have already performed alongside genre leaders and local heavyweights including Conducting From The Grave, WRVTH, Arkaik, and more.
