Poetica

The melodic metal band Poetica was founded in 2011 in Stavanger, Norway, and released their debut album Somnus Tormentum in 2013. The following years led to a few vocalist changes, and the band finally settled on the current quartet. The band mixes contrasting vocals, melodic guitars and synths for their take on the melodic metal genre.

The band released the digital singles Awakened in 2020, and Hollow Eyes in 2021 and have been doing mostly song writing the last couple years, leading to the EP Rebirth released in 2024, and several future releases planned.
