Yemi Bolatiwa

Independent soul artist, Yemi Bolatiwa has been played on BBC Radio 1 & Kiss FM, BBC 6 Music and more; had performances and features on BBC Introducing Manchester, BBC Radio Manchester and BBC 1Xtra singing her confessional tracks and as co-writer on many underground electronic releases. The London-born soul singer hails proudly from the Manchester live music scene, versatile and vocally finessed.

Yemi’s live act comes in versatile forms from a drum machine and synth lead electronic soul setup which she'll be bringing up to us this time round, to the full-piece ensemble with live drums, viola, keys, bass and guitar; always paying homage to Garage and DnB music in a live format. In 2023 she launched her 9-piece string quartet. Yemi’s soul music is ready for any habitat and crowd who appreciate dynamic fusion soul music, and exquisite vocals.
