Ben Folds

A Ben Folds concert is always great, this was my 4th and as long as he keeps coming to Augusta, GA. I'm going to be there.

The show was amazing. He totally rocked it. The venue was very clean and efficient. Drinks are expensive. The staff was very very helpful and everyone was very nice. If you haven’t seen, Ben Folds, do yourself a favor and check out a show I promise you won’t regret it.

Ben was great, he got the audience involved, played a great mix of old and new, and was his usual sarcastic fully self. The opening act, Tall Heights, was amazing. Do not miss them!

The Palace is a lovely hall, but setup of the front of house is odd so drink and merch lines were ridiculous. The show, though, was wonderful! Ben and Tall Heights sounded great, and Ben played enough "favorites" to balance the new-album songs. There were two great, special moments: when "Rock This Bitch" started in tribute to Tall Heights, and when an audience member politely requested "Gracie" and Ben then played the song for her as the whole band watched him in seeming appreciation. The harmonies with Tall Heights during Ben's performance hearkened back to the Ben Folds Five days -- gorgeous. Musicianship of all players was terrific, but poor Derrick Wong was woefully underutilized for a featured player. Overall, it was a terrific performance by all!

The show was excellent! I just wish he’d play some of the older classics. Can’t complain too much, though, I love Ben. Can’t wait to see him again.

Great show in a great venue, but just way shorter than I expected. 45 minutes from taking stage to the end, and no encore. Overall a great experience, left us wanting more!

What an incredible show! I have been waiting for many years to get the chance to see Ben and he did not disappoint! I laughed, I cried, every minute of the entire night was magical. Thank you!

The show was fabulous as usual. This was the second time I have seen him play with the SF Symphony and it was every bit as delightfully quirky, hilarious, energetic and breathtaking as the first time, only better because this time I was truly "the luckiest" to have brought a very special date along who thoroughly enjoyed the show, and said it "made her year".

This was my first time seeing Ben Folds live, though I've been a fan for many years. He hit from his catalog and engaged with the audience. What a treat!

Ben is always so much fun and the weather was perfect. Event staff were super nice. Not stoked to pay $10 to park on dirt and wait 45 minutes to leave that dirt afterward, but it didn’t detract from the perfect date with my love.

Ben Folds crafted an incredible relationship with the crowd — again and again, he proves he is one of the top composers of our time. He put together a local band and took the time to feature each individuals talents in a beautiful performance.

Just brilliant. My first time seeing Ben Folds and I truly hope it's not my last. I feel lucky.to have been part of such an intimate show and would urge anyone to make the effort to see this amazing man live.

The absolute best concert I’ve ever been to. Ben is an amazing performer, and the meet and greet was exceptional. I’ll always cherish the signature in my lyric book. :)

Sure enjoyed the show. Mr. Folds is a fantastic showman. He played two sets. The was a preselected setlist. During the break, the audience threw heir requests on stage via paper airplanes. Mr. Folds randomly picked up the planes and played the show. Pretty fun way to engage the audience. Would recommend going.

He's a great performer and an incredibly talented musician. Ben has a fun set list and he'll have you singing and laughing the whole time. Make sure your paper airplane skills are good to go beforehand! 😉

what a wonderful time to spend with Ben Folds. Extremely funny, magnificent wouldn't be good enough to describe his piano playing, beautiful songwriting, off the cuff hilarious bits, just entertaining all evening. the national sounded great.Clayton

YMusic was pretty great. Ben is always good... But the mix was off and he was out shouted by his back-up singers. Majestic is pretty, but not an A+ acoustic venue.

that was my 1st Ben Folds concert. it was Awesome! the energy there was incredible. so many die hard fans made the show so enjoyable as I was listening to them sing every word and all of the background vocals to. Ben folds was amazing! he played that piano like a boss and was so interactive with the crowd. He's a must see for anyone who wants an experience and not just a performance.

Ben Folds is such a fun person to see. His wit and humor are genuine - it felt like he was happy to be in Lincoln. Really enjoyed the show.
