The Dead Dogs

Formed in California in 2020, The Dead Dogs are a three-piece band consisting of vocalist and guitarist Brian, bassist Andrew, and drummer Jimmy. The band draws influences from an eclectic mix of genres including punk, experimental rock, avant-garde, noise, and electronic. Their sound is characterized by raw and haunting vocals, energetic and chaotic drumming, and electrifying bass riffs. The Dead Dogs' music carries an immense presence live on stage, with a sound that is as aggressive as it is experimental, and is captured perfectly on their upcoming debut album.

The Dead Dogs project was started by Brian at the end of 2020 in California, with his first project, Phosphorescent Sunshine. After recording in Mexico with Jimmy and his brother Hans, the album was released in the summer of 2021 and ended up catching the attention of Andrew in NYC. Andrew moved to California to join the band, and the trio began crafting songs for their upcoming debut LP while playing a number of notable shows, including performances at the Fox Theater (Courtyard), The Mint, The Viper Room, and the 2023 Ensenada Beerfest in Mexico.

The Dead Dogs draw influences from a range of artists, including Radiohead, Death Grips, and Joy Division. Their innovative and ever-evolving sound pushes the boundaries of traditional genres and creates a unique and impactful experience for their growing fan base.
