Lennie Gallant

We saw the show last year so we knew it would be good but it exceeded our already high expectations! Patricia Richard was brilliant as always. Her son, Julian Robichaud really seemed to be enjoying himself and his piano skills are marvellous. Marie-Andrée Gaudet was the new cast member and she’s definitely a keeper. Her tone is rich and her technique is flawless. Her vocals fit in beautifully. The chemistry on stage was absolutely magical. We drove two hours for this show and would have happily returned the next night to see it again.

Lenny and his group were fabulous, what a composer, writer, story teller, my best xmas show yet.

Lennie is a brilliant composer, singer/songwriter with a mega talented group of musicians. I never miss a Lennie Gallant concert when they perform in the Moncton region! Purchase his Xmas album and play it in your car all year long and have a Merry Xmas even if it kills ya! Lennie's songs are carefully compelling and thought provoking...total perfection! Lennie is one of my favourite artists. Such a talented singer- song writer! His band is amazing too!

The concert was absolutely incredible. Mr gallants writing is extremely imaginative and profound. The whole group was in credibly empathetic and responsive to one another and the audience. Juliene and the bass/violin were amazing. The production and the graphics are amazing. We really appreciated the concert.

One of the greatest songwriters, storytellers and performers in Canadian music. We have seen him many times, and it was a joy to see him in a Christmas show.

This Christmas show was great! Lennie's talents are definitely proof he earned all his recognition over the years. Loved the short stories prior to the song. PEI proud. His band members were very good also. I especially liked Keelin Wedge, the multi talented fiddler. And yes, I know Keelin can sing a terrific Hallelujah. Thanks for coming to Brighton Ontario!

Was a great performance, venue warm and inviting. We love the intertwining of Island stories as a backdrop to the music. Humor was welcomed!

Bit difficult to understand all of the commentary from Lennie - not sure if sound system or my hearing aids not catching the accent. Thoroughly enjoyed it even with this blip!!

Lennie Gallant is a folk singer par excellence! He is also a fine performer and puts on a great show. The Music Barn is also a fine place to hold such a concert.

One word best describes this concert - superb! My wife and I have never enjoyed a musical performance better than this one. Both the venue and Lennie / Band were amazing.

Lennie is always warm, kind, and sings and plays wonderfully with his band. The Music Barn is a great venue too!

The event was just perfect, it was so nice for Randy to see Lenny Gallant again after all these years. Randy jammed with Lenny and Gene McLellan and Stomping Tom Conners; what a wonderful experience and an amazing memory. Such a wonderful show, and everyone was so perfect and amazing pitch pitch pitch, as Anne would say. Lenny deserved a standing ovation. Patricia sounded like an angel, her son was an amazing pianist and the 4th performer was mind blowing. Searching for Avegweit was a wonderful story and the history of PEI was heartwarming and so informative. We couldn't have experienced a better show, thank you so much, and hope to see you again in the future Randy and Diane Dietrich, and sister Cindy from Victoria, B,C. Rating was excellent!

He was worth every penny I spent for a ticket. Hope to see him again in concert.
