Kung Fu Vampire Biography

It's hard to fathom an artist like Kung Fu Vampire of San Jose, CA getting his due shine, after all he's a Hip Hop artist in a pool of MC's talking about how cool they are, women and money but as it turns out not everyone wants their music that way and KFV has found a great deal of success through maintaining a unique artistic integrity, not caving in to Industry Pressure and giving you his uncensored vision.

Kung Fu tours with a live band of pro musicians (Chris Paxton - Drums & Jeremy Pollett - Bass) Independently conquering 12 International tours since 2010. He's been crowned 4 times as "BEST Band & Hip Hop Artist" by The Silicon Valley Metro as well as hosting his Annual "Friday The 13th Masquerade Party" which started in 2004. His music is featured on Saw Director Darren Lynn Bousman's movie "Mothers Day" he's popped up on high profile songs with Heavyweights like E40, Twiztid & Chris Webby, appears on The Discovery Channel's "Oddities" and has even performed at The Playboy Mansion.

His latest Music video "Slice Of Life" is a testament to originality and crosses boundaries into a real deal "paranormal movie" - It's guaranteed to leave you with Goosebumps and is part 3 in a series of videos that have been released thus far. on Sunday September 13th 2015 Kung Fu Vampire headlined The Sofa Fair in San Jose, CA to a crowd of over 4K!

Kung Fu Vampire began breakdancing at 5 years old then started rapping at 14 while at the same time, drumming in the high school Jazz Band. Just a few months into Freshman year, a classroom argument broke out between the teacher and KFV as he threw drumsticks at the teacher and walked out of the room stating "FU*K YOU, I'm starting a Rap Group" that was his last day in Music class.

* In 2001 the concept of Kung Fu Vampire was formed, followed by 2004's "Blood Bath Beyond" CD/DVD. In 2009 KFV's "Dead Sexy" gained major traction w/ 20K sold and was included in Rolling Stone's "Top 500 Album Covers"

* 2013 KFV was featured on “Zombie” by E40 w/ Tech N9ne & Brotha Lynch, in 2014 he was seen on The Discovery Channel’s “Oddities” his music can be heard in movies on Netflix including “Tales Of Halloween” & “Mother’s Day” both directed by the SAW franchise director Darren Lynn Bousman. Kung Fu Vampire has performed at The Saw 3 Movie Premiere and at The Playboy Mansion.

* KFVs 2019 album “Come Dawn” (featuring viral sensation Futuristic and freshly released from prison after 26 years, X-Raided) landed at #38 on the billboard top 200 charts and #18 on the iTunes Charts in Hip Hop. During a recent instagram post, it was revealed his acting role as a Cartel Gangster in an action film had just been wrapped in Hollywood directed by Wesley Alley who is the Lighting Designer for Star Wars “Mandalorian”

Kung Fu Vampire’s latest album Double Dragon is a collaborative project with Kentucky gangster rap legend Bukshot, features production from Tech N9ne's super producer Seven and guest appearances from Southern Rap Heavy Weights Boondox and Rittz.
