Chelsea Berry Biography
“Great, talented, beautiful… her future is so bright, you’re gonna have to wear shades.” -Chris Smither
Chelsea Berry is a singer/songwriter with a compelling stage presence, soaring vocals, down-to-earth banter, and a bright spirit. Her performance has been described by listeners as “compelling.. she draws her audience in like moths to a flame”. Her original style evokes a spectrum of artists, from powerhouses such as Melissa Etheridge, Brandi Carlile, and KD Lang to songbirds like Eva Cassidy and Joni Mitchell.
She has played Boston’s House of Blues, Carnegie Hall in New York City, Eddie’s Attic in Atlanta, World Cafe Live in Philadelphia, and more. She has opened for artists such as Chris Isaak, Mavis Staples, Belinda Carlisle, Roger McGuinn, Livingston Taylor, and Tom Chapin.
Chelsea’s new original record, Monsters & Machines, was recorded and mixed outside of Denver, CO, and mastered in Boston, MA. Two singles, “I Will Miss You” and “Love”, have been featured multiple times on Sirius XM’s The Loft by DJ legend Meg Griffin.
