Ndidi is a larger than life figure, a force of nature from the wilds of British Columbia where she grew up, but also a child of the "open mic '" scene in New York, where everyone can try their luck, and from the blues club scene in Toronto, and finally from the essence of Paris vibrations where Ndidi likes to perfect her art and technique. Ndidi says that her latest album, "Dark Swing" - by far her most personal to date – is a chronicle,from A to Z, of a relationship which lasted just one year. One year in which her heart was broken. "Dark Swing" was written between Paris and Los Angeles with producer / musician / songwriter Joel Shearer, and recorded in the autumn of 2012 in the 'Band House' studio in North Hollywood. The album is an infusion of sounds distilled around this incredibly rare voice. Through her singing Ndidi invites us into a musical universe filled with her roots of world, blues, folk, rock and pop music. The resulting songs are familiar to us straight away, like old friends, but at the same time hard to label under one particular style. New Music Coming soon!!!
