Ashley Hutchings, the Guv?nor of Folk-Rock, has a brand new show - 100 Not Out. Celebrating and drawing heavily from his 100th album release ?More Songs from the Shows? 100 Not Out, Ashley is joined once again by one of the country?s finest singers & accompanists, Becky Mills. Together they perform many of Ashley?s favourite songs from his repertoire, ranging from Crazy Man Michael to Bird on a Wire, plus a number of favourites from the songbook of Bob Dylan, with whom Ashley has formed a close personal friendship. A very special words and music performance, 100 Not Out is presented by Ashley Hutchings on vocals and bass, with Becky Mills on vocals and guitar. Having won the Youth Competition 2023 at Todmorden Folk Festival, Rebecca Little recently opened the Sunday concert at the Festival, she is studying music at Greenhead College. .

Becky Mills Biography

Magical stories from the North Yorkshire moors : Becky Mills time-travels through folklore, family, love & loss - weaving a keen wit and beautiful playing into a very English alt-folk show.

Listeners and audiences have characterised her touching, witty and evocative songs as “uplifting”, “heart-rending” and “sung from the heart”, and after 20 years on the circuit (including gigs at Glastonbury, Trowbridge and Cambridge festivals) she is a firm favourite with audiences large and small.

A close collaborator with Fairport Convention founder Ashley Hutchings, Becky has also worked with Pentangle, Fairport Convention, Barbara Dickson and Ken Nicol, as well as being a former member of acclaimed all-girl ensemble Waking The Witch. In 2013 she released her acclaimed solo debut album, “Dandelion”.

In 2019 she releases her new album, “Tall Tales and Home Truths”. Cut through with the superstitions, folklores and mysteries of the North Yorkshire moors she calls home, the album mines her family’s past to bring astonishing real-life stories to the listener’s attention.
