Francesca Louise Biography
‘Just the artist and her guitar, there is no need for embellishments when it comes to the music of Francesca Louise’ ATWOOD MAGAZINE
Francesca Louise is an indie/folk singer-songwriter, who’s soulful, Carole King/Laura Marling inspired vocals paired with songwriting influences from the likes of Joni Mitchell, Lucy Rose and The Staves, makes this artist one to watch.
New music in 2022 has shown a maturity in the artist that hasn’t been seen before, taking the attention of the like of BBC Radio 2’s very own Joe Whiley.
Supporting artists such as Starsailor’s frontman James Walsh, Nashville’s indie-folk duo The Harmaleighs, brit-pop band Echobelly and Juanita Stein (the former singer of band Howling Bells), Louise is becoming an opening act to remember.
Louise's songwriting ability is catching the attention of industry known producers and other established songwriters that are active in today's industry.
BBC Radio 2, a number of BBC Introducing stations, Amazing Radio and independent radio stations alike, as well as magazine and podcasts in U.S.A have shown huge support towards Louise’s career, since her debut EP ‘Melancholic Antidote’ released in the summer of 2020.
