About this concert
Äntligen kommer GHØSTKID till Sverige med sig har dom musik som är en djupdykning i mörker och aggression i kombination med catchy melodier. Modern Emocore när det är som bäst. Sagan om GHØSTKID tog sin början hösten 2019 efter att Sebastian "Sushi" Biesler (tidigare Eskimo Callboy) plockade upp sin gitarr och började skriva ny musik. En helt annan typ av musik än de han gjort tidigare. Men trotts det något som funnits i hans DNA hela tiden. Musiken influerades av artister som Bring Me the Horizon, Marilyn Manson och Fever 333. Resultatet var en mix av metal, pop, ”industrial music” också en hint av trap. Längs med vägen har GHØSTKID växt till ett eget väsen. Förutom Sushi är GHØSTKID en sammansvärjning av vänner och likasinnade allierade som alla bidrar med sitt eget unika sound i projektet. Steve Joakim (trummor) från Sverige samt Jan Marco Heinz (gitarr), Chris Kisseler (gitarr) och Stanislaw Czywil (bas). Bandet har precis släppt sitt andra album och ber man Sushi beskriva musiken och texterna blir svaret: "Det finns mycket utrymme för tolkningar. Samtidigt som vissa delar ger upphov till omedelbara associationer” Han vill även skicka med en varning: ”Den här musiken kommer inte bara hemsöker dina sinnen. Det är en fullskalig auditiv exorcism som kommer lämna dånande harmonier i ditt medvetande”. Live ackompanjeras detta såklart av en slående visuell och intensiv scenshow. Har man haft förmånen att se bandet live vet man att varenda kvadratmillimeter av scenen (och ett par utanför den för den delen) utnyttjas till max!
