Known for their electrifying live performances alongside frontman JJ Julius Son’s towering, blues-soaked vocals, KALEO toured nonstop for 3 years in support of their debut album, A/B, which has since gone platinum and spawned the megahit “Way Down We Go.” On the heels of sophomore release, Surface Sounds, the band embarked on their Fight or Flight World Tour coming out of Covid-19. 2022 saw them perform 97 times in 92 different cities across 22 countries, selling over one quarter of a million tickets globally. In 2023 the boys toured Australia and New Zealand, performed at a handful of notable European festivals, and began recording their highly anticipated third album which will be released this summer.

Great energy, top class performance, loved these guys, would recommend and definitely see them again. We were in the middle of the GA area and the mix was really poor, the bass guitar was a rumbly mess in the mud, no definition, lead guitar was panned way over to the left only and was brittle and thin sounding, no balls no presence and way back in the mix. Because the bottom end was a mess, the vocals were lost, no definition. I'd give the performance 9/10 but the mix 3/10. I have heard many other bands in this venue, with a much better sound, much room for improvement there.
