Brad Hinton

Brad Hinton has been a staple of the Philadelphia folk music scene for over a decade now, having played in such seminal groups as Wissahickon Chicken Shack, Mason Porter, Spinning Leaves, Psalmships, and others. He is a song-writer and performer, but also an accomplished side-man, continually honing his skills on guitar, lap steel, pedal steel, dobro and banjo. You can see him play around town with Hezekiah Jones, Tin Bird Choir, Manatawny Creek Ramblers, Hinton, Bower, Jones, and his own ever-changing band. Chickadee, the third installment of the bird series, is well under way. Look out for the new album next year!
