Entourée de ses musiciens qui prennent un rôle actif dans la composition, VIF de Françoiz Breut est un volte-face d’une artiste qui, retrouvant sa liberté de citadine, observe le besoin de crever l’asphalte pour finalement écrire une ôde aux vers. Le mot d’ordre de l’album : organique.L’album précédent, sorti en 2021, renoue le lien entre Françoiz et un public délaissé depuis 2016 (Zoo). Flux-Flou de la Foule - album post-pandémie, est marqué par la ligne claire des compositions et arrangements de Marc Mélia ainsi que par la collaboration avec une nouvelle équipe artistique : François Schulz et Roméo Poirier.Concert « Ondes Silencieuses » : dimanches pluriels, pluvieux, gris, ensoleillées, tristes, drôles, enthousiastes…des concerts à prix réduits, à vivre en amis, en solo, en famille (ou pas !) ; des formes simples, plutôt atmosphériques et contemplatives : un seul artiste, une durée très raisonnable. Il s’agit le plus tranquillement possible de se fondre dans ce que la musicienne Colleen appelait jadis, des « ondes silencieuses ».

Françoiz Breut Biography
Françoiz Breut (b. 10 Dec 1969, Cherbourg France) is a French singer ("une chanteuse française") and professional illustrator. Her music might be categorized as french pop; however, contrary to "popular" notions of contemporary "pop", her melodies are often restrained, melancholy and somber. She sings primarily in French, with an occasional song in English or Spanish. Most of the music and lyrics are written by collaborators.

Her first, self-titled album was released in 1997 ("Françoiz Breut"). Her second album was the 2000 "Vingt à Trente Mille Jours" (20 to 30 thousand days); this second album was long awaited by fans, and helped broaden her exposure and appeal internationally. Most recently, in 2005, "Une saison volée" was released. Tip: Françoiz also appears on Calexico's live DVD "World Drifts In: Live at the Barbican" (2004).
By any other name...
The name "Françoiz Breut" is a pseudonym; this name itself was purportedly adopted by Françoiz after her original stage name, Françoiz Brrr, was incorrectly reported in the media. In many forums, her name is continued to be either misspelled or written orthographically incorrectly, such as: "Francoiz" (no cedilla) or "Francois", and her last name incorrectly spelled as "Bruet" (which would be pronounced very differently, as "brew-aye"; as compared to "broo" or "broot").
