Mallavora Biography

Mallavora are a fierce Bristol alt-metal outfit blazing their way onto the scene, using their platform to demand greater accessibility for disabled artists and fans.

As featured on BBC Radio 1, Kerrang! Radio, Planet Rock and in Alternative Press, Mallavora's huge riffs, anthemic choruses and electric energy at their live shows quickly convert rooms full of strangers into buzzing, dedicated fans eager to get their hands on some unique handmade merch.

Mallavora are the winners of the Kerrang! Radio's 'The Deal' competition 2024, securing the opening slot on the Avalanche Stage at Download Festival and a record deal with Marshall Records.

Mallavora released their first single of 2024 "Wake Up" in February, channeling Spiritbox, Skindred and Nova Twins with the boppiest metal riff of 2024 and speaking out against transphobia.

Mallavora delivered a blistering show of power and strength in 2023 with their EP ‘Origins’ achieving over 500k Spotify streams, debuts at 2000trees and Dot2Dot festivals, and performing as main support at a sold-out Thekla in Bristol.

Mallavora's sound is a visceral kaleidoscopic symphony of influences that spans metal subgenres and incorporates blues, punk and soul elements. Ultimately, Mallavora are doing something different. All are welcome, except for bigots.
