Jamey Johnson

Incredible night, Jamey played some of his own music along with some covers (Waylon, Charlie Daniels, John Anderson, Vern Gosdin, Jerry Reed, etc.). He also debuted his new song “What A View”. In a world where old school, outlaw country is a dying breed, Jamey Johnson stands tall and keeps the genre alive and well. And thank God for that.

No words. What an amazing night. Our first time at 3rd & Lindsley. Great Venue! I’m still basking in the afterglow :) Very memorable evening. Gene Watson, Mo Pitney, and JAMEY JOHNSON. No words! JAMEY JOHNSON … says it all. Thank you for the memories!

Jamey and his band put on a great show. I'm not a huge fan of the venue, but the tickets were reasonably priced and I had a great view of the stage even with sitting 2/3 of the way to the back.

Great show on Saturday with JJ! Good energy by the band and tons of great music of his and a few great old county covers. He does a new set list every show so back-to-back shows aren’t repetitive which is great and you hear a variety of music (we have done a few of his when close together on consecutive nights). The Charles Town venue itself isn’t great for standing/dancing, but is good for indoor temperature control in the summer/winter so stays comfortable which is a nice thing going for it since the weather doesn’t impact the show. 100% recommend seeing a Jamey Johnson show if you like his tunes. You won’t be disappointed!

Love seeing Jamey Johnson! Always a great show and totally changed up every night so every show is unique if you go back-to-back days (which we often do). The venue at Charles Town is nice but not good for standing and dancing; but otherwise, it’s a good spot.

Excellent show. Randy Houser was most impressive. For every great song that Jamey sang, Randy matched him. Especially liked Note to Self. Crisp, clean show. 1 hour and 45 minutes from start to finish. Drove in from Nevada with my brother and we were back at his house by 11:45 PM

The show, like Jamey, was perfect. My wife and I came from Brazil, but first I had to recover from COVID and change the flight date. It was the biggest effort to see the show, but with the grace of God, everything worked out. God bless Jamey Johnson and his band. Congratulations on your songs and the show.

Excellent musicians, decent opening act ( preferred Chris Hennesee), enjoyed covers and wished for more of the original Jamey Johnson music. Appreciative of the lack of chit-chat although I do enjoy some “behind the music” commentary occasionally. Great show.

Jamey Johnson put on one of the best shows I’ve ever seen (I’ve been to a lot of concerts). He played for at least a solid two hours. Not only did he play his songs he also played gospel and some old covers. His dad came out for a little bit which was awesome too. I am definitely going back next times he goes on tour.

Excellent show as always. Only complaint was lady next to us kept needing to exit so had to stand up and let her out 8 different times during the show. Has nothing to do with the quality of the show just shows how rude people are

Always a good time! Jamey never disappoints! Did I nice tribute to Tom Petty and really nice cover choices! All in all a great show and it’s always nice to see Jamey, who doesn’t play Los Angeles a lot!

Jamey Johnson and band were great. City Winery....meh. Staff was abrasive and arrogant. Wait 25 minutes in line for 5 oz pour of wine (the supervisor literally scoffed and said their pour is 5oz) in a plastic wine glass for $11?!? Then they allowed anyone/everyone in the doors after about 8:40pm - no checking for purchased passes (no tickets - gave name at door). So the floor swelled with walk ins, crowding the venue. Poorly managed.

In Color, High Cost of Living, East Bound &Down, Rainy night in Georgia. 8 flawless badass songs with the closer being Four walls of Raiford. The one song you want to hear but know the Atlanta Skynyrd tribute was the only time he sang live. Tonight he sang it and it was jaw dropping good. Besides Chris Stapleton, Jamey Johnson is that real deal country singer, just real deal singer & guitar player, that captivates you and you never want the show to end. He was beyond good. He was freaking incredible

I’m a Jamey Johnson fan, so just the chance to see him gets big points from me- in my backyard, no less. The irony of performing at a casino in “where-am-I-again,NY” was not lost on Jamey. We are a self deprecating lot around here & his humorous banter was well accepted by the audience. Jamey’s performance overall was the height of professionalism. Bravo. The high point of the show was when the audience sang the chorus of “In Color” back to Jamey. Very humbly, he said, “I wasn’t expecting that.”, continued the song as the audience sang the chorus to the end of the song. The band silently enjoyed. It appeared that Jamey wiped a tear from his eye before he started the next song. A awesome moment that I believe every singer/songwriter appreciates more than a fan can understand fully. And to del Lago, you finally got the sound right!!

It was a milestone for me to see Jamey Johnson’s tribute to Daryl Singletary and to hear the story he shared before playing “Old Violin”. It was a great night at The Ryman for songwriters and artists!

I loved the lineup at the concert , I little disappointed that it actually wasn't in Skullbone. There were only a couple of issue I saw were that there was not enough trash cans , I like to keep things cleaned up but it was impossible. The other issue was not enough porta potties , last was that no one at the entrance was on the same page as to what you could do and not do... I was in Bradford Tennessee for a visit so I was very pleased that I was actually going to be seeing such great musicians. Inside the distillery I was disappointed to only see shirts from sturgis South Dakota . I understand it was the grand opening and it takes a few times to get the kinks out. I will definitely be coming back.

jamey was in his A game and was loving the enthusiasm of the LA crowd he smiled a lot and seemed to be having a great time please for a long time with some killer covers in between thanks Jamie for a kick-ass show

Best show so far this year, I see several a week.The acoustics at the Ace are fantastic. Both opened acts were great. Jamey and his ensemble were tight, the variety of their setlist, and some of his friends sitting in made this a memorable show.Bravo

Fantastic show. Doesn't talk much - just gets up there and plays a really great, long set. Has a great band with him and Chris Hennessee who opens for him is very talented. We were 3rd row and enjoyed ourselves. Money well spent!

Jamey Johnson was great as always! The venue sucked, as they way overbooked. Shoulder to shoulder, poor accessibility to the restrooms, poor sound system. Sure glad we didn't purchase VIP tickets because the venue couldn't accommodate a VIP experience My wife and I will continue to drive "almost" anywhere within a 200 mile drive from home to see Jamey, but we'll pass on the Rusty Spur.
