Circle Jerks

Circle Jerks are one of my favorite punk rock bands and Keith Morris is one of my favorite frontmen. Second time seeing them and I think they brought more energy and played faster than the first time. (If that’s possible!). Joey Castillo is a monster drummer and plays with such speed and precision it’s incredible. He makes the songs that already has great intensity more intense…

Had a great time. Packed house. Rowdy but brotherly crowd. Saw cj in Vermont last tour and Off in Boston. Keith does not disappoint. Decent, clean venue with nice employees. Great experience. Would go again even though it is a 2 hour 25 minute drive from home.

Circle jerks had to cancel last minute, their drummer was sick. After driving 2.5 hours to see them, my friend weren't very happy since they were the only band we were there for. Adolescents ended up making it worth while, would drive the same distance or further to see them again. Hopefully the drummer makes a full recovery and I'll be able to see them next time.

One of my top 5 bands ever! Keith, Greg, Zander and The JoeyC are awesome onstage! And waiting for their brand new album!

SO MUCH FUN! The performance exceeded my highest hopes. I’m a long-time fan, but this was my first time seeing them live. Their song selection and execution were perfect. The packed amphitheater full of diehard fans felt almost as intimate as a smaller scale event- rich with the spirit of exuberant solidarity and comradery that makes punk my favorite live music genre.

No disrespect to the Descendants but the circle jerks should've been the closing band .. it was so damn HEAVY.. Joey Castillo put in more.work on the drums than ive seen anyone do in a long time.. Keiths.still.got it!! I will see them anywhere anytime.. They got the pit moving they brought the links.togehter... and was such a good show!!!

All three bands were great! I didn’t know the opening act, Scowl, at all. The first couple songs were kinda generic and then they found their groove and the band’s and crowd’s energy started feeding off each other. I only knew one song by Negative Approach but they were high energy and super tight for their whole set. The merch counter was sold out of their cds so I went to their label’s website and they don’t have any either. Amazon has them in stock but I prefer to buy from the artist or label, Amazon gets the business this time. Circle Jerks were f’ing incredible and played an amazingly long set considering most of the songs were from the first two albums and clock in at about a minute 30. Punk rock pioneers who’ve really figured out how to be a band and they delivered the goods!

Had a blast even with my Walker I was front row of backstage helped security with the kids crowd surfing getting back through the rope. RAD SHOW!!!!! Will see every time they come local as I have since I was 13 at The Cat and Club Culture!!! Always support local music and local Venues!!!!!! Still #1 on my Punk Playlist!!!! Saw Guttermouth, Enemy of my Enemy, Since we were kids. I think people though I was crazy in the pit with my Walker. I may be 52 but I’m not Dead! Wake up smile and be positive it will keep you young!!!! Live music as much as I can afford per paycheck after bills 🤪🤙🧚🎶🇺🇸😵‍💫🥰

Great show! All three bands were solid and Keith was totally....Keith! The crowd was really great and it was cool to see such a broad age range, from really (really) young to not at all young. I wish more shows of this caliber would come around more often!

Circle jerks were awesome as always, The North Park Observatory could turn their AC up during a heat wave...it was the HOTTEST show I have been to ever...and you had to stand in line to catch a breath of air...NOT SAFE.

Got there late though, our fault. Hot all the way in the back because of elevation and less space. Missed most of the adolescents. Crowd surfed twice. Still had fun. It’s my favorite type of music.

I have been a fan since the 80's. Had so much fun and so did my so who is also a huge fan.

The Circle Jerks were really good. Especially Keith (66) for his age. Although his voice started giving out during "Junk Mail," it was a good powerful show. I am not a big fan of Fiddlers Green. The prices are/were outrageous and it just seems like a weird place for a concert.

Great show! It had much better attendance than I guessed it would for this town. I liked The Bills as an opener, they really did a great job for a local act in support of the show.

Classic show by a classic band. The songs are timeless in that their themes are just as relevant today as they were when they were written. The other thing that inspires me is the amount of energy they put into their performance. Great show!

Circle Jerks & Negative Approach were awesome! Unfortunately, the venue change was in Pontiac and 7 Seconds drummer and the Circle Jerks sound guy caught covid, so they were in quarantine. All things considered, it was a lot of fun and I'm glad that I could see them!

Amazing show. Like going back in time 36 years ago at the Metro. Such hard-working professionals; they brought the energy as if it were their first tour. Diverse crowd--fans of all ages. So many great songs, and so many more to choose from. Vic is great, as always. 7 Seconds brought the heat as well.

Awesome show! I had never heard Negative Approach, but loved them and am excited to get to know them more. The Adolescents were great and the Circle Jerks show was fantastic - I had not seen them since 1985. One of my favorite concerts. Great venue too.

Although there were some technical issues the guitarist was having with his equipment, it was a hell of a show! Even the bass guitarist broke a string on his guitar on the very last chord for the last song they played. I will definitely be seeing them again in Asheville next year if that tells you anything.

Dude came out with the set list and it was like three feet long, fluttering in the wind. hahaha Amazing set!! Keith Morris is a true badass.
