About Pieter Savenberg
Pieter long followed the path of a classical musician: pianist, trumpet player and orchestral conductor. However, he always had a crush on pop, rock and electro music as well, passionately attending concerts and music festivals.
Not feeling he fully belonged in the classical world, Pieter started to search for his own musical voice back in 2019. He quickly found it a second nature to blend his musical palette on the piano.
He started recording in his home studio in Ghent and released his music online. After a few releases, he got picked up by several record labels and Spotify editorial curators, resulting in over 40 million streams worldwide today.
His music is by no standard complex, instead his composing mantra is “beauty in simplicity”.
