For her debut resident night, Denver mainstay Door Girl invites the ever-interesting Laru and Square-D to play under our Void sound. Door Girl: Cutting her teeth in Denver underground since 2017, Door Girl (fka M.Lin) carries a holistic view of Chicago, Detroit, breakbeat and electro. With these foundational influences, she folds in myriad sonic wildcards to create dynamic, innovative variations for the club music environment. Whether that be a dash of psychedelia, a sprinkle of acid, bustling polyrhythms, simmering ambient, bouncing bass or weird and wondrous dub. We know one thing for sure – unpredictability will be guaranteed. Door Girl has played for local party purveyors Deep Club, Sorted, Peer Review, and Denver’s highly revered music festival - Underground Music Showcase. She has shared the DJ booth with Detroit In Effect, Kim Ann Foxman, Roman Flügel, Coffintexts, Galcher Lustwerk, DJ Swisha, Pariah, Aquarian and many more sonic alchemists. Door Girl now holds a bi-monthly residency at Stay Tuned where she will host talented locals, national, and international artists.
