Cake was excellent, the venue left a lot to be desired. Traffic and parking was a logistical nightmare, high security presence and the venue’s choice to have paid seating tiers did not improve the experience.

The music was great. Unfortunately the tree giveaway took forever (give it away, already!)... and then the comments about Cedar Rapids cutting down all of their trees? Was this a sorry attempt at dark humor? Or did this guy not know about the tragic weather CR has endured within the last four years? Lastly, please don't draw out the wait for an encore. Just play that great music! - Longtime Fans

positive: Band was great! Great crowd energy! very clean venue negatives: sound was odd, hard to understand some speech seating was tiny, you are basically sitting between the knees of the person behind you $20 a drink is a bit stiff

Awesome, pretty much what I hoped for, they do a great job of duplicating their studio sound, love McCrea's dry sense of humor, thoroughly enjoyed the show, and Jacob's Pavilion is an awesome venue.

Blown away by the TD Pavilion, the organization, the friendliness of the staff, the setup, the seating, the sound, the availability of handicapped parking etc. Was a fabulous evening. CAKE was sensational as was the crowd. A memorable night out.

Great to see the band again! Better than ever! Rady Shell in San Diego was a great venue to view them from and hear them. Can’t wait to see them again.

Cake was awesome! Sound system was great. The Pavillion parking and ticket lines were a hot mess. Don't let people drive down the frontage road if there's no parking. Make a ticket line, mark it and stick to the plan. Poor management in general

First time I've seen CAKE live and I was a little disappointed. The band just seemed a little off and the sound system was a bit too muted which I believe kept the crowd from really getting hyped. However, I still had a lot of fun on a beautiful day at Woodland Park.

This was, hands down, the best concert I have been to. They are such a great group to see, and the crowd was amazing as well!! I am so glad I got to go and hope to go again!

I’m sure it would’ve been great, like always, but I couldn’t end up going because I was bringing my children whom aren’t vaccinated (not my choice, but I don’t have sole say in the decision) and the band was requiring all patrons to be up to date on those. Ended up with three tickets that I couldn’t get rid of unless I lost lots of money. True bummer. Lost $120. Ugh.

That was a cool night! Cake was almost the perfect fit for Crest Theater, that huge mirror ball turning to Cake's trademark sound. Please repeat the experience for us sometime...

Super fun. Loved the witty talk between songs and the sound was perfect. Played all the hits and every song that I hoed they would. Super professional and songs are just like the album versions with a Live flair. Really a fun enjoyable night.

Had an absolute blast! Well worth the drive from Stonehaven. They have not lost any of the magic since I last saw them play in Perth in 1997!

It was good and fun, but they sang mainly new stuff and not their old ones. They didn’t even sing “Love You Madly”!!!

The band was amazing! The venue was very slow moving and confusing to get inside of. It took almost an hour to get inside and we missed the whole 1st set of the show. It was overcrowded and there were too many overly drunk people. A random woman spilled her beer on me which was gross. The sound could have been better, most of what I could hear was the drunk people behind me yelling non related things while the band was playing. During one of the songs a train passed the venue and scared everyone because it was unexpected and too close to the venue.

Had a great time! Never saw so many people in one place and in this small town! Wish I knew more of the tunes but it was a great time.

Such a great experience. I've waited a long time to see them live. They did not disappoint. And John McCrea was great with the crowd.
