To celebrate the release of their debut EP 'Naked & Famous', Reckless Coast are playing a huge hometown town show at Tomcat on Saturday May 11th, alongside a rockin lineup of special guests Tube Screamers, Starcrazy, and Sweet Nuthin'! RECKLESS COAST: Highlighted by ‘The Music’ as the Queensland feature artist in 2023, the crew of coastal misfits known as Reckless Coast are at the forefront of today's rock resurgence. Having shared the stage with a dynamic range of artists including The Southern River Band, The Delta Riggs and Press Club, the band's coastal pub-rock persona is closest resembled as a bonding of Foo Fighters adrenaline with Rolling Stones swagger. TUBE SCREAMERS: are a Gold Coast based three piece formed in 2020, with a vision of "go hard, or go home". Their sound ranges from rock n' roll, to psychedelic, tied in with an old school bluesly undertone, all blended together into their songs with an electrifying live sound that will blow your mind. STARCRAZY: hailing from Sydney, the band's crossover sound of 70’s Glam Rock meets 80's Alternative Metal has delighted punters around Australia. At a live Starcrazy show you can expect an onslaught of guitar mastery, power-pop vocal hooks, glitter eyeliner and a damn good time. SWEET NUTHIN': is a four piece punk band from Brisbane, returning to the stage for their first show of 2024. Drawing from the music of 70s cbgb era punk, their live show is a mix of raw power and stage theatrics, while adding a modern edge to vintage punk. Sweet Nuthin play their guts out.
