Control Freak (FL) Biography
Control Freak is a party rock band from Orlando that knows how to have a good time and makes sure their audience does too. By covering a wide variety of music including Top 40, 80's, Classic and new rock, the "Freaks" have quickly become a crowd pleaser.
Armed with incredible guitarists, Tom Coyle & Frank Leyenaar can execute technically challenging songs and change the musical mood in an instant. On lead vocals, Gene Henry can belt out a power ballad one minute and tear into some straight forward rock the next. Backed by Kimberly Leyenaar on bass, keyboards & vocals, and Gene Knapp on drums/vocals, they are a favorite band at many local clubs in the greater Orlando area.
Control Freak's style always leaves their audience wanting more and their drive for musical perfection means there is no lack of rock virtuoso here!
