Sunflower Summit

Sunflower Summit (she/they) is a Chicago based Latinx queer recording and performing artist and producer, creating music that hits right in the feels. Beginning with their debut album, Love Notes (2019), Sunflower Summit took this musical diary recorded live with a group of her friends through a small couch-tour throughout northern Illinois. Following the album, Sunflower Summit learned to produce and record her music from home, and began releasing a slew of singles and eps with other artists, including Stay Warm EP (2020) (with Katie Dwyer + Jessie Max) and Carry Through (2021) (with Jacqueline Loor). Sunflower Summit returns with the release of her sophomore full-length album, In This Moment (2022) an album created completely at home by a women-led team. Sunflower Summit will hit the road with this album through an intimate house tour, advocating to break the stigma around mental health through providing resources and leading discussions and educational opportunities on community mental health.
