Selve are notorious for big shows, wild theatrics and squishy mosh pits so make sure you get your ticket and come join them at Solbar along with some very special guests for the time of your life and a night you’ll never forget. Selve are an alternative rock band led by Loki Liddle (Jabirr Jabirr) and Reece Bowden (Anaiwan), who are known for dazzling audiences at their live shows at Woodford Folk Festival, BLAK DAY OUT, Springtime Festival, Brisbane Festival, Horizon Festival, BIGSOUND, Valley Fiesta and SXSW Sydney. They have also performed on bills with the likes of: Jessica Mauboy, Archie Roach, Matt Corby, Electric Fields, Mildlife, Barkaa, Alice Skye, Shakaya and much more

Pink Matter Biography
After its members met through university, the neo-soul 4-piece has captivated the Brisbane music scene. Within the last two years, the group have played Jungle Love Festival and Secret Garden Festival, and have earned support slots for Mildlife, Unknown Mortal Orchestra, Harvey Sutherland and The Internet. Their debut 5 track EP Human Error (grammy-nominated engineer/producer Nick Herrera) was released in August 2018, and the group have since then continued to build on their genre-bending sound, working with acclaimed producer Harvey Sutherland for their 2019 single Wonder.
Their music is a modern, twisted take on the neo-soul/urban genre with notable hints of Hiatus Kaiyote, Koi Child and The Internet. Described as, “sonic heaven” by Purple Sneakers (2017) and “forward thinking” by Futuremag (2018), the group has forged a signature for themselves through their music and personality.
