El Nino

El Niño was formed in 1996 by Stefan Seeger and Danny Hyde with it's base originally in the Bournemouth area circa 1997, the band was carried on by Stefan Seeger and Carlos Deverall circa 2002 with Deano, Phil Jackson, Simon Law and Dave Birch amongst others. The band name (El Niño - the child) comes from the Spanish speaking South American interpretation of "the 1000 year storm" (like the use of Tsunami in the pacific region) and from a biblical angle as the "coming of the christ child" The band now consists of: Carlos well known through Melksham for his singing and guitar playing prowess, as well as his impish sense of humour - Liam 'the new boy' ;) thumping the tubs when he's not Moto-Xing Wiltshire based Blues & Rock band... ready to take the town you live in by storm! There's a storm a-coming!!
