About this concert
Destroy All Lines presents Lunes ‘The Change Around Us & The Change Around You Across Australia tour with special guests Patient Sixty Seven and Written By Wolves (NZ)Melbourne’s LUNE are carving their own path into the world of music with their exciting and refreshing take on Metalcore. LUNE are smashing their way into the spotlight of Australia’s heavy music scene. With a performance that is described as “captivating” and “not to be missed” it's easy to see why they were chosen to tour with local legends such as Polaris, Alpha Wolf, Gravemind, and international heavy hitters Fit for a King. Not to mention sharing festival stages with the likes of Parkway Drive.LUNE are now preparing to head out on the road in support of their next release - the Sophomore EP “The Change Around us and The Change in You” out now through Resist Records. After previously supporting Within Destruction and Thy Art Is Murder on their respective national tours in 2023 and a sold out headline show to kick off 2024 in style, Lune embark on their most exciting and ambitious national headline tour ever in intimate rooms all across AustraliaJoining them for the tour will be Perth's very own Patient Sixty Seven. Seamlessly blending the lines between heavy, chaotic and melodic, ‘What If It Never Gets Better’ asks the hard questions as frontman Tom Kiely wrestling with topics such as body dysmorphia, self worth and mental instability. Despite hailing from one of the most isolated cities in the world - the band has built themselves into one of the more promising and entertaining bands in the genre today.  This has seen Patient Sixty-Seven create a genuine and authentic community of empowerment around positive mental health, self care, and using the power of music to overcome.Written By Wolves are a fresh and progressive, cinematic rock band and the most exciting new rock act to come from New Zealand in recent years.Having announced themselves on the world stage with their debut release, ‘Secrets’ in 2019. They then combined with some of the biggest names in Rock Music in 2021 to release ‘The Collab Project’, Featuring Sonny Sandoval of P.O.D and Kellin Quinn of Sleeping With Sirens, the EP has received critical acclaim, millions of streams and has delighted fans worldwide. With 6 hugely successful singles released in 2023 as well as their critically acclaimed, debut tour of Europe and the UK, the hype and anticipation for their full length release in 2024 is nearing fever pitch-Written By Wolves have well and truly announced their new era and are back bigger and better than ever.

Wolves Biography

Meet WOLVES, a Los Angeles based duo that is breaking barriers and pushing the boundaries of modern music with their infectious blend of genres. Consisting of songwriters Marc Avery and Sean Carney, the two have created their own unique Pop Alternative sound, coining it “Surf Trap” and have had their music used by The CW's “All American”, Chevrolet and featured in Huffington Post.

Although WOLVES were born in 2016, neither are puppies to the trials and tribulations of life. Its’s very hard to miss the cold Chicago streets in Marc’s voice, echoed by Sean’s soul melting guitar riffs, heard on their latest EP “DYNAMIC” . Alongside KAIRO, whose booming bass and dramatic sonics lend way to Marc Avery’s playful world play. “Living Legend” is a worthy example (as heard on NBA on TNT) featuring King Kahili, of what they have in mind for their future.

“We wondered what it would be like if we took all these different influences we loved—artists like Janelle Monae, Post Malone, Coldplay, Earth, Wind, and Fire—and rolled them all into one band today,” Marc muses. Their eclectic influences proved to be inspirational, as heard on their debut single “Animal” and most currently “Say The Word”.

Having already earned top spots on the Billboard charts and heavy rotation on Sirius XM Hits 1, the duo hopes to inspire audiences across the globe and increase their evolution as artists and creators. With “DYNAMIC” dancing waves in the culture, WOLVES will no doubt continue to press the envelope of the forever changing musical landscape.

Recorded in Los Angeles, CA the EP will be released via United Masters by Offstream Music Group and WOLVES Music LLC.
