About this concert
Another Now is een alternatieve metal band uit Eindhoven, geïnspireerd door bands als Crystal Lake, I Prevail, Spiritbox en ERRA. De muziek kenmerkt zich door maatschappelijke onderwerpen, een unieke sound en een aanstekelijke energie met technische riffs, brute breakdowns en melodische vocals. Na het debuutablum ‘OMNI’ (2021) waarmee de band zich internationaal in de kijker wist te spelen, brengt de band in mei dit jaar hun tweede album ‘HEX’ uit. Benieuwd naar een voorproefje? De singles: HEX, BREATHE., DOUBT en SMILE! Zijn al te beluistern op Spotify. Wij kunnen niet wachten!
Het voorprogramma deze avond zal verzorgd worden door niemand minder dan Reformist. Deze band maakt metal met een moderne twist: dikke grooves wisselen atmosferische klanken af. Dutch metal formation REFORMIST brings you a modern blend of metal. Hailing from the Rotterdam and Eindhoven area, REFORMIST brings music full of thick grooves, atmospheric cleans, brutally hard-hitting riffs, and vocals possessed with emotion. Heavy progressive music with catchy and groovy riffs, melodies, and vocals.
REFORMIST has performed at Poppodium 013, Melkweg Amsterdam, Patronaat Haarlem, Mezz Breda, Pul Uden, Baroeg Rotterdam, and more. In 2022, the band was part of Popronde. The stage has been shared with bands such as InVisions, Cold Night For Alligators, and more. See REFORMIST live at one of the upcoming gigs.
Hivemind / Oblivion
REFORMIST has released two singles ‘Hivemind’ and ‘Oblivion’ that both show the versatile music that the band makes. Uptempo, heavy, groovy, and catchy progressive metal music. Both singles made an impact on the metal scene and resulted in exponential growth of fans and followers.
REFORM, REBUILD
The debut EP contains 6 dynamic songs and was released on July 2nd, 2021. The lyrical content of the EP tells a fictional story of an apocalyptic cleansing of the human race, by Mother Earth herself. After the warning signals, swarming viruses and raging natural disasters terrorize the planet. A select group of humans will survive and be given a second chance. A second chance to reform their way of living and rebuild a more harmonious world. With each passing year, this story comes frighteningly close to our reality…
