One Way Out

One Way Out is a dirty shirt rock n roll band from Washington D.C., packing venues up and down the east coast, touring with Soraia of Steven Van Zandts Wicked Cool Records, and being nominated for Best Hard Rock artist in D.C. alongside names like Clutch before most members even graduated high school. Not only can they pack a room full of fans but they can play like seasoned champs, filling a space with the sound of rock n roll. In August 2021, the band released and toured in support of their sophomore LP, The Sun, The Moon, The Truth, an eclectic meld of blues-inspired late 60s rock with progressive elements inspired by metal, hard rock, and jazz. On the record, the band also takes on the aggression of punk emanating from the local DC scene and the philosophies of more modern garage acts, such as King Gizzard and the Lizard Wizard, OSees and Tame Impala.Hearts Open Michael Manzi was born on Valentines Day in 1998. He believes that love and music are connected by their power to affirm life.Michaels sound combines the raw sensitivity of early 2000s garage-rock with the energized coolness of contemporary post-punk bands. Michael strives to write music with depth and intuitive style. His songs build a philosophy of universal romance. Influences include Catfish and the Bottlemen, Hozier, Andy Shauf, and Peach Pit.NICO originally from Brazil, Nicolas is a pop singer based in New York City for over 6 years. Raised in a rigid and conservative upbringing, he came to New York to study Business Management and Economics. Uninspired by the corporate world, he graduated and started his artistic journey developing strong interest in music, poetry and literature where he now spiritually crafts his lifestyle. As a poet, composer and songwriter, Nicolas does not limit himself to one genre. Currently working on his new single Wherever the Road May Lead, his repertoire is composed mainly by his original songs with a mix of unexpected covers.Janna Jamison has been brutally honest with herself and anyone else willing to listen since she started writing in her hometown of Los Angeles, CA at the age of 4. There has never been a moment, a feeling, or a realization that goes unmentioned in her diary of songs. From her deep love of country-style storytelling to the pop/punk angst of her youth to a Fiona Apple-like self awareness, Jamisons artist project is made up of everything and everyone that she loves. After spending a semester in NY playing shows and developing her sound in Nashville, Jamison has relocated back to her roots in LA and is currently working on her sophomore EP Lovesuite.
