The Shellers

An evening of high-energy, high-originality music awaits at our free concert, where you’re invited to stumble on new sounds by up-and-coming artists. UK-born Irish artist and producer THEO blends smooth soulful sounds with her chaotic energy to get you in your feels. At 17, THEO moved to London to pursue music and, following her first releases, was discovered by Grammy award-winning producer, Naughty Boy, with the pair gearing up to release an EP together this year. She’s performed in venues across London and continues to work with numerous established and emerging artists, earning track of the week in Clash magazine for her collaboration with Sophia Thakur. The Shellers are made up of producer/keys player Lawaun Bernard and vocalist/songwriter Jamal Bucanon. Influenced by the likes of Kendrick Lamar, Gorillaz and Amy Winehouse, the diversity of their tastes is reflected in their music, with no two songs quite alike, but each connected by a vibrant approach to musicality and songwriting.
