About this concert
April Wine is a Canadian rock band formed in 1969 and based in Halifax, Nova Scotia. The band enjoyed international success in the 1970s and 1980s, releasing more than 20 albums since 1971, with mega hit “Just Between You and Me”. Other hits include “Roller,” “Enough Is Enough,” “Sign Of The Gypsy Queen,” “You Could Have Been A Lady,” and more! The late great Steve Priest came out of retirement in 2007. Priest along with drummer Richie Onori, and keyboardist, vocalist Stevie Stewart assembled a group of top caliber national act musicians which Priest could proudly hail to be on the same equal footing and adeptness as the original lineup. Hear your favorite including “Fox On The Run,” “Ballroom Blitz,” “Love Is Like Oxygen,” Little Willy,” and so many more! The band consists of: Stevie Stewart (Bass, Keyboards & Co- Manager), Mitch Perry (Guitar), Richie Onori (Drummer & Co-Manager), Paulie Z (Front man), and Dave Schulz (Keyboardist).

April Wine is a Canadian rock band formed in 1969. According to the band they chose the name 'April Wine' simply because it was two words that sounded good together. The band would go on to release over 20 albums and forge a live performance reputation that sees them still drawing devoted crowds across Canada and around the world 37 years after taking their first steps into the hard rock spotlight.
