About this concert
Frontier Touring is excited to announce the return of multi-Platinum alt-rock trio Wallows – bringing their biggest global headline tour thus far to arenas in Perth, Adelaide, Melbourne, Sydney, Brisbane, Wellington and Auckland this December – the Model Tour 2024.The tour news comes in celebration of the band’s highly anticipated third studio album, Model. The John Congleton-produced (St. Vincent, Sharon Van Etten) record arrives May 24 via Atlantic Records.Wallows will kick off the Model World Tour with 38 dates across North America, Europe and the UK, making their debut performances at some of the world’s most famous venues including New York City’s Madison Square Garden and London’s Alexandra Palace. With their previous tour of AU/NZ in 2022 selling out fast, fans should not delay in grabbing tickets for these just-announced shows.Wallows (composed of Dylan Minnette, Braeden Lemasters and Cole Preston) have been best friends since the age of 11. They began playing music together in the LA music program Join the Band almost two decades ago and haven’t stopped since. In March 2022, the band released their sophomore album, Tell Me That It’s Over, produced by 3x GRAMMY Award-winner Ariel Rechtshaid (Vampire Weekend, Haim, Adele). TMTIO saw Wallows continuing on their ever-evolving journey of sonic exploration, fusing a vast array of musical ideas – from lo-fi post-punk and indie-folk to early ’90s dance-pop psychedelia – into their own one-of-a-kind creative vision. TMTIO marked the full-length follow-up to Wallows’ hugely popular 2019 debut album, Nothing Happens, produced by GRAMMY Award-winner John Congleton (St. Vincent, Sharon Van Etten). The album proved to be one of that year’s highest streamed debuts. In the live space, Wallows have headlined sold out shows around the globe and have performed at marquee festivals such as Coachella, Lollapalooza, Reading and Leeds, and more.Important Event Information

HONESTLY THE BEST SHOW EVER. I’m a HUGE Cole stan and getting to see him irl was mind blowing. He even gave me his drum stick i’m literally still shaking and crying from all of this. Dylan and Braeden were also AMAZING. The setlist was A DREAM (i wish they added uncomfortable but that’s a whole another story) and we got to hear Pictures of Girls on the exact day it was released 5years ago. The only thing i was sad about was that Braeden didn’t sing the 2nd verse for are you bored yet? but despite that it was THE BEST. Everybody singing along, screaming, and dancing OMG I love Wallows with all my heart.
