Did you know that New Mills Band are one of the world?s most historic brass bands, formed back in 1812? On Sunday 9th June they will be presenting a Seasonal Selection of their favourite music for all the family.
Come and join us at Spring Bank for a relaxed afternoon as New Mills Band perform a selection of well known repertoire from across the worlds of musical theatre, light classics, popular songs and traditional brass music.

Mills Biography
With his poetic storytelling and smooth harmonies, 21 year old singer-songwriter Mills vividly spins tales of young love, happiness and heartbreak. With a distinctive style that evokes Laurel Canyon in the 70s’, Mills emerges as a Troubadour for the modern age. Born and raised in Bowling Green, Kentucky; and having spent time in both Nashville and Los Angeles, Mills’ southern influences have been brightened by the Los Angeles sun resulting in buoyant melodies tinged with nostalgia.
After the release of his first EP, Clashing Thoughts in 2019, Mills toured the US with ROLE MODEL, and is the newest signee at Keep Cool/RCA Records. After spending the entirety of 2020 in the studio, Mills’ latest EP, Train of Thoughts, shows immense growth and awareness and has him poised for a breakout 2021.
