An apprentice to Massive Attack’sMusical Engineer James Day early in his career, Weiss was able todraw from that deep well of inspiration and expert technical training toproduce what would become a trove of instantly recognizable classicsand unique, chunky, club rollers.Weiss’ initial success as a producer was immediate and profound. Hishit single “My Sister”, released in 2013, hit the top of the BeatportCharts and stayed there for four months. Assisted by a generousamount of support from BBC Radio 1, his sounds caught the attention ofindustry heavyweights like Annie Mac, Groove Armada, Green Velvet,Loco Dice, and Kenny Dope. After several years of successive hit radiosingles like his 2016 “You’re Sunshine”, which premiered on DannyHoward’s BBC Radio 1 show and netted a spot at the top of theBeatport charts, Weiss’ profile continued to expand. It wasn’t longbefore his musical contributions and electrifying performances began totransform the modern House Music landscape.Overwhelming support poured in from artists including Gorgon City,Eats Everything, Jax Jones, Duke Dumont, MK and Claude Vonstroke,and through a wildly successful career punctuated by remixes for KylieMinogue, Robyn, Calvin Harris and Claptone, Weiss has found himselfamongst House Music’s elite sharing stages with legends includingTodd Terry, Armand Van Helden and Pete Tong. His 2018 single “FeelMy Needs”, netted an immense amount of critical acclaim, earned the#1 spot on 5 international music charts, as well as a spot on the Radio 1A-List and was voted DJ Magazine’s “Best of British Winner” for bestsingle of 2018.In 2019, WEISS signed a landmark record deal with Island Records inthe UK and saw his collaboration “I Could Get Used To This” gain BPICertified Status, it has since gone on to become Platinum Certified withFeel My Needs achieving Gold status in 2022.WEISS has circled the globe countless times to complete toursworldwide, in 2023 he embarked on tours of North America and Oceaniacovering 30 dates across 7 weeks including performances at EDC inMexico City, Electro Zoo in New York, All My Friends in Los Angeles,Harbour Life in Sydney, Petting Zoo in Melbourne and many more,ending the year at London’s coveted Brixton Academy on New YearsEve.
