Bio
Forming in 2012, Continents were shortly signed to Victory Records in 2012 before parting ways with the label in early 2017. Known for their high energy live performances which saw the band perform throughout the UK, Europe & Japan. Continents have conquered many venues with sell-out headline shows while also playing alongside The Ghost Inside, Cancer Bats, Emmure, The Dillinger Escape Plan, The Word Alive, Skindred and many more before calling it day due to health reasons in 2018.
Continents announced their return in 2022 with the release of two singles 'Bad Blood' and 'Clarity' that were played on Radio One Rock show with Dan P Carter, followed by a secret set at ‘That’s What You Get Festival’ and appearance at Throwfest where no one else could enter the room.
The band announced they would be headlining Clwb Ifor Bach Cardiff for the 10-year anniversary of their album ‘Idle Hands’ which was upgraded and sold out. (300 cap).
In July and September the band released the singles 'LIFELINE' and 'HURRICANE' from the forthcoming EP which unveiled a new era of Continents and has led to Radio One air play, Track of the week, ones to watch, KNOTFEST feature, Spotify Playlisting on METAL UK, Kerrang Chart and features in Metal Hammer and a packed-out room at Burn it Down Festival.
The band are not planning to slow down anytime soon and have just released a brand-new EP, along with more shows and festival announcements.
