After having listened to Joe's new album ("What A Racket!"), I really wasn't sure what to expect. But I REALLY wanted to hear his greatest hits performed live too... So, being able to hear both new and old was very cool. Joe showed that he is as much a student of music history - as well as a purveyor of it. And we all learned a little something along the way, while getting to experience a style of music that most of us don't regularly listen to. Kudos to Joe and the band for putting such a great show! My ONLY complaint was that I would have liked to have heard his older music done with a backing band too. Nonetheless, it was still really good with just him and the keyboard.

Joe Jackson (born August 11, 1954 in Burton-on-Trent, Staffordshire, as David Ian Jackson) is a British musician. Jackson is probably best-known for the 1982 hit song Steppin' Out, which still gets extensive FM radio airplay, and for his 1979 hit, Is She Really Going Out with Him?
