Fantastic gig the weddo’s always give a great show the new guitarist Rachel was great as well.

An incredible show! The Wedding Present are absolutely ‘now’. Despite the longevity of David Gedge his songwriting and collaborations within the band are brilliant. They are as fresh as ever and the original energy remains unfaltering! They are a tour de force and serve up a kick-ass gig that leaves ears ringing and smiles on faces. Job done and long may it last!

Wedding Present touting new tunes from latest release 24 and old favourites interspersed. Fantastic. Second visit to The Welly in a month and getting to love it. Use it or lose it Ull !

Boiler suits on Seamonsters played. Ears still ringing today. Good support. Second half full of classics and even My Favourite Dress. Great night

The Band were excellent but I won't be returning to this venue any time soon. Had to show proof of vaccination to gain entry then ushered to a seat. These seats were just foldable chairs so close together that I was rubbing shoulders with the person next to me. Very uncomfortable and hardly social distanced. What was the point of these? Seen someone told off by staff for jumping out of his seat to applaud. Went to the bar pre gig for a pint. Ordered three different types of larger of the barman who came to the table as not allowed to order at the bar (which you could do at the gig) The beer came in plastic pint glasses and the lad had no idea what type of larger was in what glass. Unable to access the bar after the gig.Told by staff member I had to exit the gig then go back into the bar from the front. Far to many unnecessary and contradictory rules for any real enjoyment to be had.

First visit to The Leadmill - loved it .

Banging set by the semi legendary Wedding Present. Different from the original Bizzaro tour mixed it up and Gedge on top form with the banter . Really trashed it out at the end. Great set. The support were cracking as well. Flatmates, must admit didn't know them in the day but knocked out some belters. Always recommend the Weddoes but would see the support again as well

TWP are the best even after 30 years. After seeing them dozens of times over the years how could I say anything less. My favourite band.

The wedding present, all be it Mr Gedge were on top form. From the opening bars to the finishing flourish of Favourite Dress & Kennedy it was a sight to behold & savour. It transported me back to the 1st time I saw them at the Ritz (Manchester) in 1989 with swirling guitars and & a thumping rythem section. It's good to know they can still perform at that standard. Truly excellent night...

One of the best Wedding Present concerts I have been too and I have been to many. The best band in the world!

As ever The Wedding present deliver a top performance keeping the crowd entertained with a 30 year catalogue of classics.

Flawless concert from The Wedding Present. Support act Flowers were superb too. For me stand out songs were Catwoman, Dalliance & Perfect Blue.

Good enough performance, just not their finest material

Not really the same band as was. It's just David Gedge and some young uns! Most of it lacked the balls they used to have back on the Bizarro tour, but was ok. Got going at the end when they did 4 songs from George Best era and they kicked a lot more. Very hot, but an alright gig and Gedge signed my copy of George Best which I bought when I was 16!
