Inside the prison walls of one of the Most Haunted places in the country. The West Virginia State Penetentary will host the Locked Up Tattoo Convention And Dark Carnival June 21st-23rd 2024. Inside the old license plate manufacturing building over 100 tattoo artists will be tattooing. Inkmaster Joe Capone will be attending aswell as others from the Ink masters TV show. Many Pro teams will be in attendance aswell. Outside The Dark Carnival will host Oddities Creators, Games and maybe even a few monster roaming around. The Main Stage will set up in The Dark Carnival as well with live entertainment through out the 3 days event.Admission $20 dollars at the door with 12 and under FREE!! Tattoos, Dark Carnival, Oddities, Vendors, & LIVE Music. Be there as Astrocreep takes part in day #2 of this event
