I, The Lion Biography
I, The Lion are a trio from Cheltenham (UK) on the cutting edge of the British post-punk scene, known for their unique blend of technical riffs, anthemic choruses and distinctive harmonies.
2015 was the year the industry sat up and took notice. The band released 'Run' to critical acclaim, cited consistently for its originality and creative songwriting throughout. This creative energy they took out on 3 UK tours throughout the year, transforming it into an unmissable live showcase of raw talent and passion.
Now the band have gone to The Ranch to work with Neil Kennedy (Creeper, Milk Teeth, Press To Meco) to record their debut album, continuing where Run left off.
Last year was a stepping stone, and 2018 will be a leap in I, The Lion's career. Its difficult to ignore this hard working band for any longer.
