The Hangovers behoort al sinds 2004 tot de gevestigde orde in de Zaanstreek. Deze op en top barband speelt eigen nummers en obscure covers in de stijlen country, rock & roll, boogie en rockabilly, met uitstapjes naar de blues en soul. Met hun komische teksten over o.a. vrouwen, drank en vergeten muziekhelden en hun dolle podiumpresentatie, compleet met Mexicaanse maskers en megafoongebrul, zetten ze iedere tent volledig op hun kop.
