This is the 2nd time I've seen Sebastian, and he was great, as I knew he would be. He's obviously having a blast, which is always important to me. Still sounds amazing, and the band was too, including his son on drums. And I got my bottle of water, which is now one of my goals. He throws bottles of water to people up close who are singing along and obviously having fun. I'd gotten one at the first show and was hoping for another. And while I think he grabbed one that had a loose cap rather than a still sealed one -- which is what he usually throws -- I didn't care. I was a bit warm as well as thirsty, so the fact that I wore part of it wasn't a bad thing!
He dedicated "I Remember You" to the many musicians we've lost in the last decade or so, including the recent loss of CJ Snare from FireHouse. The crowd ended up singing the majority of the song, as he was too choked up to sing.
That song aside, if you want a fun, high energy show, go see him. And check out his newest album. I hadn't before the show, but plan to soon.
