After successful tours in Tampa, Austin, and Atlanta, he was selected as a finalist in the casting of the Broadway musical “Moving Out”. Growing up in the Northeast with blue-collar roots inspired Mark’s love of the Billy Joel catalog. This personal connection to the music and lyrics helps to create a passionate and entertaining performance. Mark is accompanied by a diverse band of seasoned Nashville and Atlanta-based musicians. In just a few short years since its inception, Piano Man: a Tribute to Billy Joel featuring Mark Kovaly has become one of the most highly respected and sought-after tribute shows in the country. Unique attributes include Mark’s ability to play additional instruments like the harmonica, guitar, and accordion. This is truly a one-of-a-kind tribute to the iconic Piano Man - Billy Joel!
