Jahrel JP & The Future ? Hendrix inspired rocking out and head spinning blues? ?Music is Medicine, Music is therapy?, is the driving force for singer- songwriter and bassist Jahrel JP in creating a raw and eclectic sound, sung unapologetically in his Nottingham accent. This is backed by his band which injects the necessary energy and style to create the full sound that alternative rock deserves.   Dust Speaks-Melodic folk tinged rock pop with a warm, artful vibe. Not in your face but does grab your attention. Good stuff.  Rocky Ostrich-Their newly released single Paranoia is an absolute beast with a melody that will stick in your head for days, and if Nirvana were still about today they?d probably be asking Rocky Ostrich to be their next tour support. Hybrid Kid-Breezy indie pop with a pastoral feel at times influenced by brit pop but clearly  the more cerebral understated bands like The Bluetones, quite folky in places with an undercurrent of Americana, Cracker for example, highly accomplished stuff and  decent tunes too.
