Join The Guitar Sanctuary and Texas Homegrown Music as we present Seth James Live at The Sanctuary Music & Events Center on Saturday August 24th at 8pm (doors at 7pm) with special guests The Maylee Thomas Band. Individual seats downstairs are $25 (Seating is First Come, First Served). Individual Standing Room Only tickets on the Upstairs Balcony are $15 (First Come, First Served) Tables Downstairs and on the Upstairs Balcony including admission and seating for 4 people are $150 (Seating Chart Below). Please Note: Seating Chart Layout Subject to Change, Balcony seating is ONLY accessible via Stairs. We'll have full Bar and Food Service available from our friends at Zin Zen Wine Bistro.
