Dawn Marie Biography

“I DON’T EVER REMEMBER NOT LOVING MUSIC.”

Dawn Marie is a natural performer with the experience and passion to command an audience’s attention. She has had the pleasure of sharing stages with many talented national acts, such as Sara Evans, Diamond Rio, Tyler Farr, John Beland, Little Texas, Nitty Gritty Dirt Band, and many more.

In 2017, she released her first EP, which was recorded in rural Wisconsin. The six-song, eponymous EP showcases Dawn’s voice and her story. Her personality comes through on this entire record: hopeful, bold, confident, kind, and resilient.

With her release in 2019, "Ready, Set, Girl Go", Dawn Marie explores new emotional territory with songs about life and love, heartache and humor. This record features the songwriting and musicianship of R. Walt Vincent (Pete Yorn, Liz Phair, Tommy Keene).

The follow up to her first two EP's is a remix of the previously released "Love Stories", which peaked at #75 on the MusicRow CountryBreakout Chart. Her next single, "Stay Gone", co-produced by world class mixer, engineer and producer Justin Cortelyou, climbed the charts in 2021. "Stay Gone" is a rocking country smash, filled with killer guitars and attitude.

2022 has brought a new sense of independence to Dawn Marie as she takes creative control over her career with new music on the horizon and sets off on a Summer Tour.

“My Music is my heart. It’s how I share my thoughts, and my love of melody and harmony with others. There’s not a ton of things in life that can speak to all languages. Music, I feel, does that.”
